My Better Future provides a platform to connect job seekers with potential employers in the cruise ship and Gulf country industries. The App may include features such as job postings, profile creation, application submission, and communication tools.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information in your profile and applications.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
• Not using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Not interfering with or disrupting the App or its servers.
• Not attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or other users' accounts.
• Not posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

4. Job Seeker Terms

If you are using the App as a job seeker:

• You acknowledge that the App is a platform for connecting job seekers and employers and that we do not guarantee employment.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your profile and applications.
• You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of any employment opportunities offered through the App.

5. Employer Terms (If Applicable)

If you are using the App as an employer (if applicable):

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your job postings.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• You agree to treat job seekers fairly and respectfully.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of My Better Future or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results will be obtained from using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Better Future will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

10. Changes to Terms
